This sectional warping machine is most suited to warping for wide-variety, small-lot and short-cycle production in the warp knit and woven textile industry. It introduces a new concept of coping with small-amount through medium-amount warping.
It perfectly suits industry-specific wide-variety, small-lot and short-cycle production. It is also suitable for full scale mass production.
Time required for finishing warping on the beam after setting the yarn on the creel is reduced by 30 – 40% compared to the conventional type.
Yarns (pirn, etc.) are not divided and the quantity remains the same as they are supplied, so storage is possible without reserving wasted space in the warehouse. As a result, space required for facilities is less than before.
Warping is possible by feeding less yarn, requiring less manpower than before. All processes can be handled by one person without difficulty.

This winder is for sizing spun yarns, synthetic yarns, etc.
Sizing of spun yarns (cotton, silk, hemp, wool), synthetic yarns, etc., is for "suppressing fluff", "improving intensity" and "keeping elongation".
Sizing, drying and warping are done all in one process, and respective operations are synchronized to eliminate the load on the yarn in order to cope with a broad range of yarns such as low-intensity yarns and stretch yarns.
This winder is most suited to wide-variety, small-lot and short-cycle production.
The length of accumulated yarn in the drying chamber is 350 m which is long enough for efficient drying. The yarn speed can be increased for improved productivity.

SRW Rewinder

In combination with a double twister, etc., this model will contribute to improved productivity, higher quality and energy savings.A large-type pirn, cheese, corn, etc. can be rewound to an optimum yarn feeding pirn for each type of machine.
Conditions such as denier, yarn speed, winding amount, winding density, traverse length, traverse speed, creeping length, etc. can be input directly through the touch panel at your fingertips. Pirn forming is computer-controlled based on the input data.
The traverse length and spindle rotation speed are simultaneously controlled, based on the winding form set by Digital Operator, as the winding time passes.
A total spindle simultaneous stop unit is provided. Sets of winding in small amounts are also available.
The combination of a special gate tenser and a spring tensor applies fluctuation-free tension to both flat yarns and textured yarns.
